Education is the longest-running form of development work: it changes what a generation believes is possible. IGN’s education focus is access - to schooling, to vocational training and to the skills that make young people employable and self-directed.
Why this programme exists
Ability is distributed evenly; opportunity is not. This programme exists to close that gap for Igbo youths at home and in the diaspora, and to connect learners with the people and institutions that can open doors.
Where the network focuses
- Access to quality basic and secondary education
- Vocational training and apprenticeship pathways
- Skills development for employment and enterprise
- Mentorship that links students with experienced professionals
How to engage
